Ingredients:

1 avocado
1/2 c honey
3 bananas
1/4 light carob powder
1 tin 400g coconut cream

Method:

1. Blend all ingredients and pour into freezer proof dish.

2. Allow to freeze for 2 hours.

3. Blend again to ensure smoothness.

4. Refreeze completely.
