Wolf-Pack Ambrosia Salad

 

  • Preparation time:
  • Cooking time:
  • Serves: 6 people

 

 

Ingredients:

1 Banana
2 medium oranges, peeled and diced
1 x can Pineapple chunks, drained (keep the juice!)
230g Low fat Yoghurt
1 cup mini Marshmallows (Optional)



Method:

  1. Peel banana and cut into thin slices.
  2. Put slices in a large bowl.

  3. Put orange pieces in the bowl and mix with the banana.

  4. Open can of pineapple chunks and pour juice into a small bowl.

  5. Add pineapple chunks to the banana and oranges in the large bowl.

  6. Add yogurt to the large bowl and stir yogurt and fruit together with a wooden spoon.

  7. Add marshmallows and some of the juice you saved from the oranges to make it taste just right.

  8. Serve.
