Healthy Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:

1 ripe avocado straight from the fridge
1 frozen banana. (*Note... Peel and chop into chunks before freezing)
3 Tablespoons of cocoa (Dutch Cocoa powder is best, as it’s less tart than regular cocoa)
2 Tablespoons of honey A squeeze of lemon juice


Method:

  1. Whizz everything together for a minute or 2,
  2. Scrape the bowl and if necessary, whizz again till well blended.
  3. Serve straight away.

**Top with fruit or whipped coconut cream or both.
