Club Recipes - Desserts

2 cups milk
1 cup water
1/3 cup cashews
4 tblsp cornflour
4 tblsp carob powder
¼ tsp salt
2 tblsp honey
½ tsp vanilla
Method:
- Blend all ingredients in a blender or
food processor.
- Blend only a few seconds so that the
nuts are not blended finely, leaving small pieces in the
mixture.
- Place mixture in saucepan and bring
to the boil over medium heat stirring constantly.
- When mixture has thickened, remove from
heat, cool slightly then place in dish and refrigerate to
chill.
Options for an even yummier desert...
Pudding can be placed in a pie crust or eaten alone. It may
also be topped with your favourite topping..... cashew cream,
cream or ice cream.
