Coleslaw and Cashew Mayo

 

Gluten Free Peach

and Maple Soft Cream

 

  • Preparation time:

  • Serves:

 

 

Ingredients:

1 x 825g can sliced peaches in fruit juice, drained
Pinch of salt
2 T maple syrup
1-2 t vanilla
1 c raw cashews, ground

 

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients into a 6 cup plastic or glass jug.

  2. Blend with stick blender till a soft cream texture.

  3. Add a little of the fruit juice if too thick.

**This cream can be used on waffles, fruit salad and cake slices.
