Pear Cream Topping

 

Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

1 Tbs Chia Seeds
3 Tbs Coconut Milk
1/3 – 1/2 C Frozen Blueberries
1 Tbs Maple Syrup
2 tsp Lemon Juice
Pinch of Cardamom or Cinnamon

Method:

  1. Combine the Chia Seeds and Coconut Milk in a bowl.

  2. Chill in the Fridge, covered, for at least 1 hour, until gelled; overnight is best.

  3. Pour the chia-coconut gel into a food processor or blender.

  4. Add the blueberries, lemon juice, maple syrup, and cardamom or cinnamon, and blend on the highest setting until smooth.

  5. Serve immediately
