Gluten Free Tahini Spread

 

Gluten Free Tahini Spread

 

  • Preparation time:
  • Cooking time:
  • Serves:

 

 

Ingredients:

½ c tahini
¼ c peanut butter
¼ c honey

 

Method:

  1. Mix all three ingredients thoroughly. 
    (If they are hard, place in microwave for 20-30 seconds, or in a double boiler to soften them.)

It can be used on waffles, toast, sandwiches.

It will last a few weeks in the fridge.
