Ingredients:
1 c currants
1 c dark grape juice
1T arrowroot, mixed with a little water or juice
Method:

Whizz the currants with ½ c grape
juice in blender.

Add the remaining grape juice
to blender. Whizz again.

Bring currants and grape juice
to the boil.

Add arrowroot thickening.

Cook for a few mins till thickened.

Store in refrigerator in airtight
container.

Can last for 2-3 weeks.
