Ingredients:
2 medium potatoes, diced 1 onion, diced 1 t olive oil 1 t garlic powder ¾ c dried brown lentils ¼ t salt 2 t Vecon/Marmite/Vegemite 2 c water 1 t Massel beef style powder
Method:
Soak lentils overnight. Drain.
Mix all the ingredients and simmer for one hour.
Blend in food processor until smooth.
Reheat before serving.
Add more water if the sauce is too thick.
Check for seasoning
