Ingredients:
½ c water
1 c dates
¼ c crunchy peanut butter
1-2 T light carob powder
2 t brown sugar
1 t vanilla
2 T soy milk powder
1 block copha, melted
Method:

In a saucepan, heat
water and dates till soft. Remove from heat and
blend.

Add all the other ingredients
except the copha into the blender cup. Blend.

Add melted copha. Blend
well.

Spread this carob frosting
over the Brownie base.

Sprinkle with chopped
nuts. (optional) Cool in fridge and cut into pieces.
