Club Recipes - Miscellaneous

2 tsp yeast
1 tsp honey
1 cup lukewarm milk
2 ½ cups plain flour
1 tsp table salt
1 tblsp olive oil, and extra for brushing
Sea salt for sprinkling
Method:
- Place the yeast, honey and milk in a
bowl and Mix to combine.
- Set aside in a warm place for 5 minutes
or until bubbles appear on the surface.
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Place the flour , table salt, oil and
yeast mixture in a bowl and mix until a smooth dough forms.
- Knead on a lightly floured surface for
5 minutes.
- Return to the bowl, cover with a tea
towel and set aside in a warm place for 30 minutes or until
dough has doubled in size.
- Press dough onto a baking tray covered
with baking paper until 1cm thick.
- Brush with oil and sprinkle with sea
salt.
- Bake 15-20 minutes.
