Pear Cream Topping

 

Coconut Pie Crust

 

  • Preparation time: 5 mins
  • Cooking time: 10 mins
  • Serves: 1 pie crust

 

 

Ingredients:

1 cup Desiccated Coconut
1 tblsp Cornflour
Milk for binding

 

Method:

  1. Mix coconut, cornflour and milk together, adding a little at a time until it resembles wet gritty sand.

  2. Lightly oil a 23cm pie dish.

  3. Press the Coconut mixture evenly into the oiled pie dish.

  4. Bake about 10 minutes.
