Club Recipes - Main Courses

Method:
- Take 500g of firm tofu,
- cut into 1 cm cubes or smaller.
- Spread in single or double layer in
a shallow container.
- Pour marinade over, cover and refrigerate
several hours or overnight.
- Turn the container over every couple
of hours.
Prepare the following vegetables:
½ a lettuce
1 large carrot, small julienne sized pieces
2 stalks celery, small julienne sized pieces
1 cup finely chopped cabbage
½ cup chopped parsley
1 cup alfalfa sprouts
Method:

Gently toss these vegetables together.
DRESSING
Ingredients:
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp soy sauce
1½ tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp soft honey
Method:
- Mix dressing ingredients and add just
before serving.
- Drain tofu, combine with vegetables
and serve.
