1 quarter of Pumpkin, diced
2 Potatoes, peeled and diced
1 large Brown Onion, diced
2-3 medium Carrots, diced
1 L of Water
1 teaspoon of Vegetable Stock Powder
Method:
Place all ingredients into the pot and bring to
the boil.
Turn the heat down and simmer for 1 hour.
Blend together to give the soup a thick creamy
consistency.
