Ingredients:
2 c carrots, sliced (4-5)
¼ t salt
3 c water
1 t curry powder*
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c soy milk
1 T Massel chicken like seasoning
Method:

In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients.

Cook until carrots are tender, simmer for 23-30 mins.

Blend to a puree.
* Use Cole’s McKenzie curry powder or ¾ t of Healthy
Curry Powder.
