Pear Cream Topping

 

Parsnip Soup

 

  • Preparation time:
  • Cooking time:
  • Serves:

 

 

Ingredients:

Depending on the quantity needed:

Parsnips Chopped (Similar amount to the Celery)
Celery Chopped (Similar amount to the Parsnips)
Garlic Chopped
1 Onion Chopped
1T Massell Chicken Stock

 

 

Method:

  1. Place all vegetables and stock into an appropriate sized saucepan.
  2. Cover well with water.
  3. Bring to the boil.
  4. Simmer for 30 minutes or until vegetables are cooked. (Soft but not mushy)
  5. Blend with a Bamix (blending wand or stick) until smooth.
  6. Serve with Garlic Bread, Toast or Croutons.
  7. Salt and pepper to taste.
