Club Recipes - Starters

Depending on the quantity needed:
Parsnips Chopped (Similar amount to the Celery)
Celery Chopped (Similar amount to the Parsnips)
Garlic Chopped
1 Onion Chopped
1T Massell Chicken Stock
Method:
- Place all vegetables and stock into an appropriate sized
saucepan.
- Cover well with water.
- Bring to the boil.
- Simmer for 30 minutes or until vegetables are cooked. (Soft but
not mushy)
- Blend with a Bamix (blending wand or stick) until smooth.
- Serve with Garlic Bread, Toast or Croutons.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
