Ingredients:
8 c broccoli, cut up
2 T parsley, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 T yeast flakes
9 c water
5 c potatoes, diced
1 T olive oil
½ t salt
1 c onion, chopped
3 t chicken style powder
¼ t each of turmeric, basil, mint, dill
1 c soya milk
Method:

Place all the ingredients except the soya milk on to
boil.

Boil on high for 15 mins.

Turn down heat and simmer for a further 30 mins.

Remove from heat.

Let is cool a bit.

Blend in food processor.

Add 1 c soya milk.
