Ingredients:
2 c carob chips
2 heaped T peanut butter
2 heaped T honey (or to taste)
½ c chopped roasted nuts or chopped blanched almonds
2 t vanilla
½ c chopped dried apricots and sultanas
Method:

Over low heat, melt carob chips with honey and peanut
butter.

Mix well.

Add vanilla, nuts and dried fruits.

Mix to combine
evenly.

Pour into flat tray or casserole dish to 1 inch height.

Smooth out the top.

Refrigerate.

When cool and set, cut into preferred size.
