Ingredients:
1 c honey 1 c sesame seeds ½ c roasted peanuts ½ c coconut ½ c tahini 3 c puffed rice
Method:
In a saucepan, bring honey and tahini slowly to the boil.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add other ingredients.
Mix well.
Spread in a lightly oiled baking tray.
Bake at 180° C for 5 minutes.
Check to make sure it does not burn.
Cut into pieces while still warm.
