Ingredients
2½ cups of wholemeal flour.
1½ cups of rolled oats.
⅓ cup of sesame seeds.
⅓ cup of olive oil.
2 teaspoons of sea salt.
l cup of hot water.
Procedure

Mix all the dry ingredients
together.

Then, add oil and hot water; mix
until combined, but do not over mix.

Roll out dough very thinly and
put on tray.

Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes,
until golden brown.
