Ingredients:
1 can (440 g) crushed pineapple
2 cups of rolled oats
½ cup desiccated coconut
1 cup pitted dates soaked in ½ cup of hot water
Method:

Drain the juice from the can of pineapple.

Mix the oats and coconut with the pineapple
juice.

Take ½ of the oats mixture and press it into a
deep casserole dish.

Mash the softened dates, then add the
pineapple and mix well.

Pour the filling into the casserole dish on
top of the pressed in base.

Cover the filling with the remaining ½ of the
oats mixture.

Bake at 180°C for 20--25 minutes.
