Club Recipes - Sweets
Base Ingredients:
3 cups cashews
1 ½ cups dates
2T coconut oil melted
½ t salt opt.
Method:
- Place base ingredients into the
food processor and blend until mix together.
(You may need to add a little to
assist with mixing).
- Press into a 20cm x 30cm dish lined with baking paper
and place into the freezer.
Carob Icing Ingredients:
½ cup melted coconut oil
½ cup honey
½ cup carob powder
Method:
- Using low heat combine the coconut
oil and honey.
- Stir until the honey is runny,
then add your carob powder stir until combine.
- Quickly spread it on the base,
cause it hardens up very quickly.
- Place it back in the freezer for 1-2
hours to harden, then cut and serve.
