Ingredients:
½ c chopped dates 4 T light tahini ½ c raw cashew pieces ½ c honey 1¼ c sunflower seeds ½ c almonds, chopped 1 T vanilla 2-3 rice cakes, crumbled
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Mix well with hands.
Press into a greased baking tray.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 mins or until done.
Cool slightly. Cut into bars.
