¼ c rice
flour
¼ c buckwheat flour
1 t coriander powder
1 t ground cardamom
½ c coconut
1 T egg replacer
½ c sultanas
½ c mixed fruit
½ c rolled oats
¼ c raw sugar
¾ c dates*
¾ c orange juice
1 t vanilla
¼ c honey
Method:
Combine
all ingredients.
Mix well.
Oil a baking tray and dust it with rice flour.
Place heaped teaspoons of cookie mixture on the floured
tray.
Bake in moderate oven for 15 mins till slightly brown.
* Cover with hot water. Soak till dates have softened.
Chop into small pieces.
