Club Recipes - Sweets

Method:
- Place dates, cherries and apricots and
spices in 1 cup of water.
- Boil for 5 minutes.
- Cool for 30 minutes.
- Mix in the flour and the nuts, add extra
water, needs to be moist, not wet.
- Line loaf tin with baking paper.
- Place mixture in tin.
- Bake at 180° C for 20 minutes, then reduce
heat to 150° C
- Finish cooking,
about another 30 minutes.
NOTE: Nice served with Blue
Berry Topping and a little bit of yogurt.
