Club Recipes - Savouries

Method:
- Add 1 Tbsp oil to a hot frying pan and sauté the
onion.
- Mix corn, flour, water, sweet chilli sauce,
onion and coriander into a mixing bowl.
- Let the mixture sit for around 20 mins in the
fridge, then stir again. This provides a more
consistent and adhesive mixture.
- Fry 1/4 cup scoops with a little oil in a hot
non-stick pan.
- Cook for around 3 minutes each side or until
golden brown.
- Serve immediately with any salad of your choice
or vegetables.
