Ingredients
2 cups of mushrooms sliced
Soy Sauce
Coconut Cream
Vege stock (powdered)
1/2 an onion finely diced (optional)
Teaspoon of minced garlic (optional)
Method

Sauté mushrooms

Add onion and minced garlic to taste

Add coconut cream - 1/2 a can depending on how
thick you want your sauce

A dash of splashes of soy sauce

Vege stock to taste

Reduce to desired consistency

Boil gnocchi until it floats, drain.

Combine the mushroom sauce with the drained
gnocchi.
