Club Recipes - Savoury

Ingredients:
1/4 cabbage sliced.
2 medium carrots grated.
2 sticks of celery, finely chopped.
1/2 red capsicum, finely chopped.
1/4 cup salad seeds (mix of sunflower, pumpkin, sesame and poppy
seeds).
Dressing:
2 Tbsp Lemon juice
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp salt
Method:
- Combine all salad ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Combine dressing ingredients together.
- Toss dressing through salad just prior to serving.
