Ingredients:
5 potatoes (medium)
1 t sea salt.
1 t soy sauce
1 t mixed herbs
½ T olive oil
Method:

Slice the potatoes into 1cm thick slices, then cut
into chips.
(If you have a chip cutter, you
may use that)

Mix all the seasonings in.

Spread the seasoned chips evenly on the baking
tray.

Bake at 220°C for 20 minutes, then 200°C for 25
minutes.
