Ingredients:
1 c quick oats
¼ c tahini
¼ c wheat germ
2 t egg replacer
½ c almond meal
1 T honey
Method:

Preheat oven at 180°C.

Dissolve egg replacer in 4 T water

In a large bowl, add all the ingredients. Mix well.

Oil a pie dish and press mixture into the dish evenly.

Bake for 20-25 mins or till light brown
PIE FILLING
Ingredients:
2 c pumpkin pieces ½ c cornstarch (flour)
1 c soy milk ¼ t coriander*
1 t vanilla essence ¼ t cardamom*
¼ t ginger powder 1/3 c honey
½ t salt
* The coriander and cardamom are a substitute for
cinnamon.
Method:

Steam pumpkin well.

In a large bowl, place pumpkin and all ingredients.

Using stick blender, mix into a soft texture.

Transfer mixture to a medium saucepan and stir over
heat till it thickens.

Pour into prepared baked crust.

Chill and serve
