Tofu Balls

  • Preparation time: 20 mins
  • Cooking time: 30 mins
  • Serves:

 

 

Ingredients:

2 c. Firm tofu ( mashed)
1 c. Bread crumbs (dry)
1 Tbs. tomato paste
1/2 t. Salt
1/2 t. Garlic powder 
2 med onions finely chopped
1 c. Walnuts chopped 
1/2 t. Sage
1/2 oregano 
3/4c. Quick oats
2 Tbs soy sauce

 

Method:
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl ( if too dry add some water)
  2. Form into a walnut-size ball but not any bigger
  3. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees 25-30 minutes
