Ingredients:
1 pkt Sanitarium Vegie Delight Hot Dogs, cut into 1
cm pieces
½ large cabbage, chopped roughly
¼ t cumin
6 cloves garlic, chopped
½ t coriander
1 large onion, chopped
½ t ginger
1½ c potatoes, chopped
½ t turmeric
2 T parsley, chopped
½ t Hungarian sweet paprika
2 T cold pressed olive oil
4 bay leaves
3 c water ½ t salt
2 t vegetables stock powder
a dash of cayenne pepper
Method:
- In a large frypan with lid, heat oil.
- Fry
onion and garlic for 2 mins, stirring continually.
- Add the sausage pieces and dry ingredients (all
the flavourings except the bay leaves).
- Fry for a few
seconds.
- Immediately add the water while stirring.
- Bring to the boil. Lower heat to half.
- Add
all the vegetables and bay leaves.
- Put the lid on and cook till the vegetables are
tender.
- Serve with fresh bread or toast
