Ingredients:
1½ c soaked
chick peas or 1 x 420g can (drained)
1¾ c polenta
(corn meal)
¾ t salt
3 c water
Method:

Place all
ingredients into a 6 cup plastic or glass jug.

Blend with stick blender.

Cook the mixture in a hot non-stick
waffle iron. If not using a non-stick waffle
iron, oil it first.

Top waffles with fruit, the Peach
and Maple Soft Cream, Tahini Spread.
